Exhausts are hard. Just need to weld together all the tacked together bits, make up a bracket to attach to the footpeg bit and make some endcaps to fit the outer section of the silencer :)

I love Café racer style bikes, but I’m too chicken to ride a fast bike, in fact I haven’t for 9 years back when I had my Vespa. I need to change that, I’d love a small capacity Café Racer or Scrambler.

Yeah they’re the only bikes i really like much at all to be honest. All these sportsbikes don’t really do anything for me.
Considering i haven’t even ridden a bike on the road yet i might be too chicken too!

My Vespa fun enough to cruise on, but was just too slow doimg only 30, I wanna do a cafe racer though. My idea is to get something like a Honda Cub 125 and do something like this.

Looks like a straight pipe? How obnoxiously loud is it?

Nah the straight section is perforated tube for the inner section of a home-made silencer. That’ll be the next step on it.
Will probably atill be obnoxiously loud, but a baffle should help that pass MoT :)
